The owner who is also the cashier always has a bad attitude now and if he doesn’t understand you he gets angry at you and... starts mumbling in his language. He’s an angry asian with lack of customer service skills. I did not even get the right sizedrinks. I used to love this place but I’m not spending my money here anymore. I’m going to look for a new place to buy bobatea. This is the 3rd time & I told him to his face his attitude is unnecessary. Wow. Shaka Shaka is amazing. I am hooked on the Coconut Milk Tea Extra Large with Boba. Also its chilly twin the smoothie!! I... always order them both at the same time. Shaka seals the tops so no spills!! Perfect for in cars, for kids or just anyone. Shakastraws are a must and designed perfectly for the Shaka treats. Read more

I have been to this location twice and both times the smoothies with boba have tasted very good. The only think that kept me... from giving it 5 stars is the service because both times I’ve been the man behind the counter has a bad attitude and when youask a question he seems annoyed. I recommend getting the coconut strawberry smoothie with boba. Also, make sure you ask for thespecific size you want because sometimes they don’t ask and charge you for a big one. Read more

3-3-2020 Very nice place always neat and clean. The sitting area is a bit plain and could use some better seating but its clean... and neat. The staff is super super friendly. English is not there first language but they are very welcoming and attentive.There price point is great. Read more
