Very bad service experience due to lack of personnel. The food was OK but in small amount. Drinks are just average.
First time visiting on my way from the Taco and Margarita festival downtown. Very quaint atmosphere located inside the Marriott... hotel, with very nice and relaxing music playing. Very friendly staff. Janine was my bar tender who made me a Red Sangria thatwas deliciously spot on and packed a punch! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional which is always refreshing.Gave my visit a 5-star rating because of the experience, although there is no happy hour and a change in menu items available,which varies from what it shows and says on their website. All in all, will return to try the food, and/or enjoy anothercocktail! Read more

Our server, Pennie made us feel very welcome and her hospitality is exactly what I’m used to from Marriott, breakfast came out... quick and she was always there if we needed anything. If you see this pennie thanks for the two days you took care of us afterthe concert, from the guy with no voice :) Read more
The host was very nice but it took 20 minutes to get a drink. Would have been better if sitting at the bar. The manager was... walking around and should have noticed we didn’t even have water. The place was not busy. I would not recommend the chips andsalsa. The chips were fine and the salsa was edible but not good. I would have given 2.5 stars but opted to round down. I’mnot one to just rate poorly when I have a bad experience. If I like a place I give credit when credit is due. I was even moredisappointed that this was in a Marriott property and really like Marriott. They can do better. Read more
I visited here with a friend today and had a good meal. The atmosphere felt kind of cold and unappealing, and the soups were not... as good as we would have expected, but the cups we're very good. The flat breads we're excellent and the blackened snapper wasabsolutely wonderful. The service was very friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a good dining experience. Read more
Just stayed at the Marriott for the Roger Waters concert and we slid down to the Shade Bar and Grill for a quick bite. We... waited at the hostess stand for a couple of minutes. It looked like there were 2 bartenders, 1 waitress, and 2 bussers or foodrunners. I believe one of the hotel supervisors noticed us waiting and asked if we'd like a table. After confirming that wedid, she let us know she'd grab some menus and be right back. She returned to escort us to our table and asked if we were therefor the concert. I told her that we were and that we had been waiting since 2020....COVID. She told me they had just been toldsame day of the event. The hotel is walking distance from the venue, so they were filling up. Daniella was our server. Shewas absolutely lovely. The food was delicious. The bartenders were keeping their guests happy (and glasses in one piece). Thefood runner brought us hot, delicious looking burgers and sweet potato fries. (Yes, the taste was on point ????)
