Was on line at the Sbarro's at the Millenia mall waiting to order until I saw the man behind the counter making all the pizzas... with his bare hands. No gloves...nothing. He was kneading the dough, adding the cheese and pepperoni, everything with his barehands. Then he opened the oven, pushed the door to the back open with his hands, came back out and went right back to making thepizzas. Never washed his hands or put gloves on. Disgusting. Before I walked away, I said to the cashier that he should bewearing gloves and she just looked at me and shrugged. I am not one to ever write a review but that really was gross. Read more
It?s been a while since I have eaten at Sbarro. I just ate a slice of supremo pizza with a Mt Dew. It was incredible! I don?t... know how they make their crust but it?s amazing! The staff here was very kind and helpful. I will come again. If you haven?ttried it, you should! Read more

burnt my whole pizza crust and then had an attitude about remaking it. they then refused to refund the entire pizza and instead... to refund the ?remaining slices?. said that was fine and they claimed they actually couldn?t do that either. this was followedby them offering their 8$ in tip money to compensate for the 20$ pizza. don?t know who trained these employees to burn a pizza,have an attitude when the customer finds it inedible, and to follow it without any refund. but guess i have to thank management! Terrible! Not busy, even just me! The front desk chatted with the chef all the time. My food may have only been cooked for ten... seconds, I took it to the car and ate it, since it was cold! I didn't go back because I was in a hurry, and of course I won'tgo there again! horrible Read more
