Absolutely loved every flavor we sampled (and they really do want you to try all of them). The Panther Espresso Tres Leches and... the Red Chili Curry with Crispy Rice were the ones we got and they were sublime! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Jade - let me say this if Salt and Straw had dirt for ice cream your positive attitude, personality and energy would still make... me buy said dirt ice cream lol me and my wife had an amazing time learning about the ice cream and tasting them you went aboveand beyond. Now the ice cream is out of this world, crazy flavor combos like honey and lavender, Green Fennel and Maple, wildstuff. And I don't like ice cream but this place is an exception and the workers like Jade take the experience to a new levelhad so much fun and it was worth the drive definitely must go???? Read more
The most fun and delicious ice cream shop around. Love the flavors. We were so excited they came to Orlando. They encourage you... to sample anything you want before buying. All the staff has been so friendly, especially Gigi. They also sell pints of icecream. Each month you can try new limited flavors. We go here all the time. It?s a must try! Read more
This place was just handed the golden ticket to success. Quick service, unique flavors, right at the exit of one of the parking... garages, at Disney freaking Springs. I can see this place becoming a staple of Springs for a long time. I came here and triedtwo different flavors. The main one I got my hands on was the Cinnamon & Honey Fried Chicken (Spiced vanilla ice cream with bitsof fried chicken croissant). I know what you're thinking, but I promise you, eating this cone and running into crunchy chickenskin every few bites is exhilarating, and really lifts the salty/sweet combination to new levels. I also got to try the BakedBrie & Fig Cheesecake (Whipped brie cheesecake baked onto a candied ritz cracker crust, dark ribbons of sweet, thick fig jam,salted sweet ice cream). Wow! This was fun. The cheesecake was very brie-y, which was strange, but in a good way. The crisp fromthe crackers and the ooey gooey fig jam. Just wow. These flavors were intense, and they were good. They were specials, though,so I don't know if you could get these flavors today, but whatever their new specials are will satisfy you. I promise. Read more
Salt & Straw is a ice cream shop located in Disney Springs which means a lot of foot traffic. It is located near the AMC so be... sure to use the orange garage. It is a small building but there is a queue outside. This ice cream has very unique flavors thatare sometimes a hit or miss. However, there is a classic ice cream menu for people who are not ready for adventurous flavors.The seasonal menu changes each month. The prices are a bit expensive but a definite must try at least once. The cast membershere are awesome and super helpful. Read more
Absolutely amazing. Service was great. As we headed to the front door we were greeted and asked if we?ve been before. When we... told her we hadn?t she let us know that the crazy flavors aren?t as crazy as they seem and are actually very delicious andindeed they were. Caught my eye because of the long line waiting out side this ice cream shop. My wait (10 mins) was definitely worth the wait.... The second you walk in you are serviced with great customer service. I was able to try few flavors before making my choice. Themini spoons you try your samples are washable and they have a special little door to dispose of them once you are done. I wentfor the Panther Coffee Chocolate Tres Leches a must!!!! Would definitely come back if I?m in town. Read more
