Not a fan. Customer service was great. Our waitress was very nice and she checked on us. The manager also went around and asked... everyone how they were doing. Cleanliness..the place was cleaned so I did appreciate that. There was no wait time forus. Red Robin is usually a pleasant place with great food and a great environment. But this time was different. We went out to eat... for a birthday dinner, and the first red flag was the ginormous wait time. Be prepared to wait a good amount of you go duringweekends or peak hours. After we got seated, the whole environment seemed very hectic. It was clear that they were understaffed,and that it would a bit longer to get our food. It ended take a whole HOUR to get our food delivered to us, and we were nearstarving at that point. The food was good, although it seemed a bit rushed. The big positive of our visit was the great staff.Even in those hectic environments they were doing their best to help everyone. I feel as customer that Red Robin has not onlylet us down this visit, but that they have let down their staff. There is no reason a person should have to manage a bar andhalf of the customers orders. Great meal at Red Robin as always. The burgers are amazing and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and service is prompt.... Personally recommend the vanilla milkshake, it?s smooth and delicious and the Southern burger with steak fries (sides arerefillable), so if you?re hungry, they will just keep bringing them up. Been here with my family a Guy names Mario he explain to us the menu, you can order different sides no extra cost and the drinks... as well you can change even the lemonades that oder places don?t offer refill they even give us to go. The food was good and the service. My sisters drink you could taste the alcohol but mine i couldnt it was still good.

Food was good besides my well done burger having lots of pink inside. But we were never told that if we wanted a refill on our... drinks or on the bottomless fries, that we had to use the electric pad on the table. Nobody every came back after we got ourfood. Restrooms and restaurant were clean tho they only had half the restaurant open so expect a 15-25 minute wait time. Read more
