We had a great dinner here. First time trying this place and the staff was super friendly and food was delicious. You order... first all the way to the back of the restaurant then sit anywhere. We had #5 which is the Italian beef and sausage combo andadded hot peppers to the sandwich. It was delicious and the beef in the sandwich was great. The sausage however in the sandwichwas not needed since the beef was so good. Next time will try getting just the beef combo instead of this one with thesausage. We also tried the #2 combo which is 2 hot dogs of your choice with fries. I tried the chili cheese dog which was goodand the Maxwell street Polish which was fantastic. I liked the sausage for this one much better but I like chili dogs more sonext time I'll see if they can make the chili dog with this sausage instead since I liked it much better. The fries were reallygood as well and the decor of the place was great. Will be back for sure. Read more
This place is such a vibe inside! I love it. The food was great, we got a cheeseburger, fish sandwich, Chicago style hot dog,... beef and char grilled Italian sausage sandwich & the chocolate shake & everything was great! We paid about $45 for all of thatwhich isn?t bad. The staff were great and inside was clean. I recommend! Read more
This place was absolutely a treat in Orlando! We had a great experience and will definitely return. Fast and friendly service.... Food was hot, delicious, and better than expected. We ordered the Chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef subs, crinkle cut fries,onion rings, and fountain drinks. The dining area could have been cleaner, but the crumbs were easily wiped off with extranapkins. Highly recommended!???? I finally decided to make a stop at Portillo's and let me tell you.....I'm glad I did! I had two Chicago dogs with fries and... they were delicious! Fresh toppings, amazing bun and the star of the show was the dog link itself. Great flavor with an awesomesnap when you bite into it. My Son had the Italian Beef and stated that it was amazing as well. The place is clean, has greatdécor and the staff was great. I'll definitely go back in a few days! P.S. - try the chocolate and the lime cakes. You'll thankme later. Read more
Been waiting to eat at Portillo?s for a long time, I wasn?t disappointed. Savory Hotdog, relish, onions and a pickle made it... absolutely delicious, the bun was sweet and soft, I would love to have that hotdog packed more organized because it was a bit ofa mess, still delicious. Italian beef was absolutely delicious, soggy and tasty bun packed with flavor, peppers on top, lovedit. I also drank their signature Chocolate Cake Shake, which was great but I expected bits and pieces of chocolate and the shaketo be more creamy, still was good. Cool atmosphere. We got burgers and fries. Burgers you can taste the flame broil flavor. Fries were crunchy and seasoned good.... Loved the theme. Will definitely go back to try other items. Read more
The restaurant was very clean the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As someone who's never been here I really appreciate... it the patients given to a newbie. The recommendations I was given I tried. I really love the combo dipped and the polish dog.The onion rings were delicious the fries were a little less than fresh. But overall not bad. Again the food was good butdefinitely the standout for this place was the customer service. 10/10 will definitely be back and definitely getting some ofthat cake! Read more
This Chicago Institution has finally made its way to Orlando, and that's a good thing. Fast and organzied service, nostalgic... atmosphere and really good American Classics.
