Literally the best Popeyes in the East Orlando area. I typically don?t eat to much fast food, but I was craving the Popeyes... biscuit and went to the location and was completely satisfied. I live in a totally different area but if I?m craving Popeyesagain this will be the only location I drive to! Awesome job! Read more
Man, Experiences like the one I had last night at this establishment make me go home and pray minimum wage only gets lower. The... little kids working the night shift can?t not only barley speak english enough to take my order correctly, once they entirelymess up my order they give an attitude instead of fixing their wrong doings. Food was cold. They messed up 4 items. 2 items Iordered they replaced with something entirely different, the response was ?we?re out of what you ordered? I guess they?re toostupid to tell me that item is out instead of giving something I don?t want expecting me to be perfectly fine with that. I willnever come here again. Fire them all. Read more
If I can give it no stars I would Bad customer service the young lady at drive thru kept speaking an Spanish rolling her eyes... never gave me my drink so I waited there for 2 mins she finally came to the window like what I said my drink she just gave it tome without a straw cold was sooooooo cold I recommend no one to Go here at night bad customer service everything I ask for theydidn?t have she said They only had chicken tenders an fries nothing else on the menu. It was ok. Got the chicken sandwich. Heard Great things about the Popeyes chicken sandwich. Thought I'd give it a try...it was... ok, nothing spectacular, it's a takeaway chicken sandwich, came with one side, I chose mashed potatoes, they were what wasexpected for chain restaurants mashed potatoes. A little pricy I think for this particular sandwich. The employees were niceenough but the drive thru was....not good. It takes a looong time. I mentioned to a friend that I went to this location anddrive thru service was slow. She said it's generally like that. Hmmm ???? I generally like Popeyes chicken, and go to a placecloser to where I live. Service is generally quicker than this location. Next time.... Took them 2 hours for my food...I never got it. I cancled my order. No call, no warning, nothing. just super slow location with... barley anyone doing anything. I do not recommend this place. Read more
The absolute worst Popeyes in town. ALWAYS out of half the menu products, I know because I live nearby. Never any spicy chicken,... never any shrimp. And you never find out until you've been waiting 15 minutes in line for someone to take your order even thoughthere's only one person In front of you in line because the register person has to chit chat with all customers AND crew whileyou wait. If I could leave zero stars I would. Just left without food because they gave it to the wrong person! Said it would be longer to... wait for nuggets again cause they gave it to the wrong person. Got nothing but attitude from the manager who tossed our receiptat us after we asked for a refund. Absolutely disgusted by their attitudes! Read more
The food was good but the employee or manager was not I ordered a some chicken family meal in the drive tru and charge me... for the food when I checked the bag he didn't added the sides (mashed potatoes and mac and cheese).Very dishonorably. Becareful ordering in this facility. Read more
