The manager working the store closed the front doors so every customer was forced to use the drive thru then while ordering the... manager was rude and disrespectful and said she only had 3 employees when there was four then she said the next time thishappens she is going to close everything down she claims there delivery truck showed up late she needs to find an easier job asshe is not fit to be a manager as she doesn't display any managerial skills and I was being polite even though she wasculturally having technical difficulties. To make this experience better it would be nice if you would offer to refill my orderand I can order anything I desire. Read more
I was on the app which took forever to authorize. So that meant I had to get out of line and wait. Team member at the window was... courteous about it. Boy the wait was worth it today!! When the deal authorized I went back in line. I was served some delicioushot and spicy chicken. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy were on point. Drive through a lot & always pleasant there. Orders always correct and extremely good tasting especially the mashed potatoes and... gravy and the chicken sandwich. I get the non-spicy requested because it lets you taste the sandwich instead of the spicyseasoning. Read more
I don't know what they were so busy with as they only had 3 cars(including ours) in drive through and no one in lobby. The woman... at the window was too busy asking if thats all we want after each item to actually get the order right. We ordered 2 #1 with ameal and a #1 plain. Sandwiches weren't right, didn't get the drinks we ordered. Their manager needs to get their act togetherinstead of creating a hectic work environment for their employees. So MAYBE just maybe they will produce good service and food. Read more
The food was good and they have decent prices on their food with their coupons/deals. The restaurant is clean and the employees... are very nice. I wouldn't say the spicy chicken sandwich is as good as all the hype over it was. It was ok. Read more
They need to train staff better and to be more professional to customers. The side containers are smaller and they were 1/4... filled. Chicken tasted like the grease hadn't been changed. Very disappointed for the price paid for what was received. I usedto train Popeye managers when I was younger so I know what used to be expected and it definitely was not what I received. Read more
