The food and service was awesome. There was an employee who punched in to work with a bad attitude and she showed it in front of... the customers. The manager handled it professionally and quickly. The manager worked all over trying to minimize the linesthrough drive thru, customers ordering in store and mobile orders. I picked up here as an Uber delivery driver. I'm sure the food was good I've eaten food at this Popeyes before. But this... location does not start cooking a delivery order until the driver gets there. The wait at Popeyes is already extremely long fora fast food restaurant. However to wait 20 minutes to make a delivery that is only paying $3 I now turn down Popeyes deliveryorders. Read more

We have a Popeyes 1 mile from our home. We went to Alafaya Trail yesterday, while in the area we stopped in this Popeyes. The... manager (I believe she was a manager) was amazing!!! We have never received that kind of service from some major dine inrestaurants. The food was fresh and hot, the service was awesome! Today we went by the Popeyes near us and we were TOTALLYdisappointed! The food wasn't hot, the shrimp were small (mind you, you only get 8 shrimp and they were small). Our go to place for fried chicken. Unfortunatly last time around I experienced the box of food drop into a puddle of water on... the floor, proceeded by let's pick it up and put it back in the bag, and then placed on a mildly wet counter. This has to be the most disgusting place ever. The prepare your food with NO MASK AND NO GLOVES. NO ONE IN THE KITCHEN WORE... GLOVES OR MASK. Yet they catch an attitude when a customer want proper service. This is a health hazard and it?s puttingcustomers at Risk when no one is taking proper precautions while preparing food. There was a nice kid working behind the counter & very honest. Unable to get his name but he actually went above & beyond and... even took the trip to give me my food at my table when he didn't need to!! But... I'm not giving 5 stars ONLY because the drivethrough was a completely different experience. The person who did the drive-through orders had no life & seemed like he didn'tcare about his job..
