Three problems with my last visit. 1. Attendant did not give me my credit card back, I had to ask for it. 2. Same goes with... receipt, when combined with the receipt, I'd recommend customers to beware of a possible scam. 3. I asked for no thighs 3 times.I was upcharged for this. When I got home, more than half my order was thighs. No kidding! One would think they did this withmalintent. I love the product. That is the one start from. I when today at 11:50 am and have to wait 35 minutes for the order. There was... only one person in front of me at the counter and two waiting plus eight cars at the drivethru. I got to work and the apple pieswere missing. This is the second time this month. There drive thru is even worse. The wait times are terrible even when you arethe only customer. Sometimes they don't even have chicken ready at noon. Terrible, terrible service. Read more

I walked in to 3 employees working and didn?t get Acknowledged at all. We waited over 5 mins. And nothing. The employees saw us... and even acknowledged a lady who walked in after us for a pickup. I have never been treated like this before. I will never cometo this location ever again. Read more
