This place is mad disgusting. Not to mention how rude the staff were, especially the one taking orders. They don't speak up on... their microphone so you barely hear them (forbid asking them to repeat, or else you'll get criticized). A girl got my orderwrong and looked at me crazy when I politely told her about it. Then proceeds to take the food from me and starts slammingthings. THEN questioned why i wouldn't just take an incorrect order? Excuse me, like is this what you run?? A freaking BARN??Ughh nasty people, nasty food, just triflinggg. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Read more
They're overworked and understaffed so you better have the patience of Job in order to get your meal, the chicken is good... though, no doubt, their customer service is good. Read more
Went for lunch spent 7 minutes at the drive thru menu talking to myself getting drenched in the rain . So I drove to the front... where I wait for the car ahead to get there order just for the employee to tell me that I have to drive around and order at themenu instead of just taking my order right there. Then gives me a lame as excuse oh I'm the only one working the window. Whydidn't they say that while I was at the drive thru menu board originally. Just said F it I don't have time for them to spit Inmy food or under cook my chicken . I went to KFC where the lady toke my order was so professional ,and polite. I was in and outwith out feeling like I was bothering someone to do there job. Read more

Save your time and go to a different location. The one on Hiawassee and Silver Star is the WORST! The employees are rude,... argumentative, and extremely unprofessional. We already don?t expect much from fast food employees?but this location is truly anembarrassment to the Popeyes company. My drive thru experience at 1pm on 8/16/22 took over 45 minutes! I had my baby in the carwith me so I couldn?t go inside to check on my order?When the girl finally brought the food to my car- the chicken was outsideof the box, there was no receipt, then the girl said ?nah? and walked away after I asked her to wait while I checked the bag.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME?they don?t deserve it! Popeye?s was on the menu for dinner tonight. I chose to dine in, getting in line, I waited, waited & waited. It seems the... driver-thru has first call, when 8 people are in line in front of you? Restaurants have forgotten about standing customers.Drive-thru?s are a luxury for people that choose to sit, in most cases. I don?t get it! The food was good & hot, guy at counterwas friendly. I just used the drive-thru to place my order. They were definitely very busy, it took a bit longer than usual to get the order.... The young man running the drive-thru was very apologetic and very professional. I drove off with order only to find out therewas a mistake with the order. I returned and the young man quickly noticed something was wrong. He quickly made things right andagain apologized. I was very happy with his customer service skills, he should be a manager very soon. As always Popeyes chickenis the best #1 ???? Read more
First of the lobby was closed when it is supposed to be open until 10pm. I was picking up a mobile order where I waited in the... drive thru lane for 30 mins to get to the window. And still had to wait another 30mins to get the food. I'm guessing thisrestaurant forgot the meaning of fast food. Read more
