We've been coming to this location for years and have always received good service. But today was by far the best dining... experience ever, due to two team members: Manager Erika and Pwendelle. What a pleasure to be treated like royalty by these twoamazing professionals. They are both incredibly attentive, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sureme and my baby girl received above and beyond service. I also want to thank Ashanti for all her kindness and professionalism theother day when we needed her assistance. Worst place to eat. The service was terrible. They ignore you when you are trying to ask for something. The food was not up to... standard. I ordered the churrasco and I could barely see it. 6 tiny strips was all I got. The sweet plantains were burned.theplace looked dirty and the bathroom was awful. I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make... your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. Pollo Tropical is affordable and delicious. For about $30 a familyof five can easily eat. The grill chicken is juice and taste like has been recently cook, the rice is fluffy, the beans tastegood, and the fried cassava is okay. Two things that this restaurant needs to improve are one they need to have ketchup and thesecond thing is that although the restaurant is overall clean the trash cans are usually always full, and the employees do notregularly empty them out.
