We've been to this location many times over the years and always been happy. Not sure if they're under new management or... ownership. One of our smoothies tasted completely awful so we asked to replace it with something else. They refused and saidthey do not offer refunds or replacements. Very disappointed. overpriced and underwhelming. i paid $40 (tip included) for three SMALL smoothies. small. not even a medium or large. when we... ordered the smoothies, the person helping us suggested we include what they called ?substitutes? without educating us about howthey?d result in an up-charge for each ingredient substituted. please tell guests you will be adding almost $20 worth of?substitutes? before charging them. oh, and the smoothies didn?t do the price justice at all. bland and far too much wateradded. Ordered an açaí bowl, it was overpriced and half melted, like something you could get frozen at the grocery store. Definitely... not worth the price and very frustrating. Don?t recommend the bowls here. Read more
