Usually very good, but today I walked in around 1230pm. No other customers. The one staff person had on a dirty t shirt and no... apron, no hair cover, no mask, no gloves, and didn't wash or sanitize his hands. I ordered my smoothie without thinking andafter taking a sip got grossed out and tossed it. I didn't want to confront the guy because he was a big guy and I was alonewith him in the store. What a waste of money, I should have just walked out. Apron and hair cover have been food safetystandards for YEARS, as has hand washing and gloves. I won't be back. Read more

Hit or miss. The drinks are made right usually, but I wonder if they need a new system to alert for Pickup orders. 3 times now I... waited in my car for the app to say my order was ready, but when I came in they hadn't even gotten started. I only get onedrink, sometimes two. I understand things can get busy. But there were no other customers in there, and the crew is alwayseither in the back talking or doing night tasks (sweeping and such). Read more

I thought this was a nail in my smoothie, which is gross but at least biodegradable. It was a piece of plastic. Im happy I... didn't swallow it. ???? not sure how this happens but I hope they make sure no one gets plastic in their smoothies. Today 7/16/17 around 6:55pm the girl that worked there was EXTREMELY rude. My son just wanted a smoothie and she gave him an... awful attitude and was very impatient. Great customer service the girls are always So kind and knowledgeable of the menu. BUT they?re not using REAL FRUIT. I asked and... they said yes but unfortunately their not. It?s A bunch of squirts of sugar and concentrated fruit. I will not be back. I cometo put healthy fruit in my body not to be tricked with processed fake fruit. Read more
