Wow, just left this store. The attitude is absolutely outrageous, from the manager to the cashier, attitude from start to... finish. Not only will they get your order wrong and charge you for the mistake, but they?ll make sure they finish up your visitwith a sarcastic remark on your way out. Mariana the manager was absolutely AWFUL, the MOST unhelpful, but she sure knows how tobe super helpful and friendly to the Caucasian customers that came after me though. Work on your attitude Mariana because yourteam is taking after you. If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would but the star is to the ONE super friendlyemployee, she was welcoming and GENUINELY nice. I?ve come plenty of times before after working out and tonight was the worst experience ever due to the rude attitude of the... manager Mariana. She had an angry smug attitude because my friend was asking questions about the menu. If you hate your job thatmuch just quit no customer deserves to be treated that way over simple questions. The store is 469 in Waterford lakes. The younglady who made my smoothie was actually nice but Mariana is the worst manager I?ve ever come across. Been here many times and enjoyed a tasty refreshing smoothie. This time, it was a rip-off. Got 2 small items, paid same price... for both, one was served in a 20oz cup and the other in a 24oz cup which was a noticeable difference. When asked, the staff said the company was making the cups smaller and they must have missed switching out that one. So, no help. Just got charged higherprice for smaller drink. Thanks but no thanks. Was one of the best customer experiences that I?ve had in awhile. I came here thinking I had a coupon but I was for a different... place and the staff was extremely accommodating. They were patient with me as I navigated the menu for a dairy-free option andsuggested a smoothie that turned out amazing! Will definitely come back to this location for a future smoothie. Read more
It?s a shame that this place has very poor customer service. The smoothies are delicious but the employees are young and they... don?t seem to care that they have to tend to paying customers. I get it, but you are being paid to do your job. Been here twiceand had the same experience. They don?t acknowledge your presence until it?s your turn to order. Long wait times for simplesmoothies and people cut you in line or the employees take people ahead of you who come into the store after you. No ?we?ll beright with you.? The staff also have personal chats amongst themselves. There needs to be better training implemented bymanagement. Read more
I tried planet smoothie for the first time. I usually go to Jamba Juice. I got the strawberry colada. It wasn?t bad it was just... liquidy when they gave it to me.... like juice, so I feel like it wasn?t really a smoothie. I?m not sure if it was made wrong orwhat. I love their smoothies but there are some employees with not such friendly attitudes at this specific location. If you don?t... like your job then leave! This location unlike the others I go to are not owned by the same owners. I wish they would hire moreof a friendly staff that smile ????
