Not crowded, great smoothies, and nice employees. But I recommend something, please install a hand dryer in the restroom. The... paper towels just kills the environment since it ends up in landfill. Here is a hand dryer I recommend installing: ASi Turbo Proin black, or another option: Columbia Vortex in white recessed. Read more
Employee name Christian has a very under handed demeanor something about his energy just isn?t right! He intentionally does... stuff (like how you threw out the remainder of my smoothie, because you knew I was going to ask for it) and he acts like the$1.00 coupons are not legit. When it clearly states $1.00 off and it?s link right to the planet smoothie site. He honored thecoupon before but today he had amnesia. All the rest of the staff that I have encounter at this location are very kind andfriendly. I never have an issue and they give off great vibes. Now remind you I am a repeat customer 7 days a week. Wish I knewwhich days he actually works so I can avoid going to this location on those days. *REVIEW UPDATE * I just would like to say...Iam being treated much better at this location by the employee referenced above. I love Planet Smoothie and am part of the loyalty program. I go there very often because I find it an enjoyable experience to... replace my meal with their shakes. Unfortunately, the employee at this location whose name is MJ made me go through a horribleexperience and should not represent Planet Smoothie. I asked for a large smoothie and she did not fill the cup completely. WhenI asked if she could complete it, she denied. Her supervisor, Cristal, told her to fill up only after she was done with the lineafter me. I accepted it, but she took even more customers that went in the store and treated me with so much disrespect. I?mreally feeling sad with this situation. The staff at this location was very cheerful and helpful! I've never ordered anything in a Planet Smoothie before, and ask them... what the healthiest options would be, and they gave me this all three options and I was not disappointed with my choice! Smoothies are always really good and the music is always enjoyable. The minute you walk thru the door you feel the chill vibe.... Staff has its days, but once you get to know who everyone is, its an enjoyable environment. It is a very busy location sosometimes service is backed up, but I've experienced good teamwork to get thru the rush. Read more
I called after closing to check if they where still open due to hurricane Matthew and for my surprise Dasha got my called and... said if I get there in less than 20 min she will serve me. Got there in 12 min and she did. She was very pleasant andunderstanding. Thank you so much for your time and dedication and the smoothie was great! Read more
