Worst customer service as when I came to pick up online placed order at a window, order wasn't ready, then i was told to wait... 10mins as order needed to be made , we told a girl if we can park and park and she said yes, after 10 min when reached window,no one was there we waited and waited but no one was inside, worst customer service and rude, unprofessional staff, what kind ofstaff is that? I thought pizza hut is a good brand where customer service is must but here it's just a joke !!!! Read more
My wife and I have a tradition of eating here every time we're in Orlando because when she first came to the U.S., she stayed... nearby and ate here often. It used to be so good, but since COVID, it feels completely different. The vibe is much less lively.The quality of the pizza has also taken a hit. They no longer have a wait staff, nor a drink fountain. A few years ago, Iwould've given 5 stars, and I really hope they can get back to that in the future. Read more
The cashier who took our order was great but that was the end of the good experience. The rest of the staff was too busy... laughing at something on a phone, the place was dirty, and there was no table service- just "carry out" where you take yourpizza to your table when your number is called. This may be the new normal in fast casual restaurants due to the labor shortage.Maybe nothing can be done about it. Read more
Horrible I ordered 2 pizza boxes that came worh boneless wings, cheesebread and 2 pizzas in each with light sauce. My pizzas... were burnt there was so much sauce , and barely cheese on the pizzas. It looked as of they just threw whatever on my pizzas andpushed me out the door. So disgusted to have traveled from Miami, Florida to get this type of treatment. NEVER AGAIN Read more

The food was great it?s my favorite pizza place and the standards were kept hi as well as the expectation
To me it was one of the best Pizza back in 90's. Last time I visited was 1994. For sure my taste would've been changed... compared to back in old time but unfortunately it's too salty.Always price is reasonable. I liked the old style interior. Read more
Went on a Wednesday evening. Good, quiet atmosphere. The sit down area is not the usual waiter/server sit down service, you... choose your own table and order your own food (similar to carry out). They have cups, plates, and utensils set up for you to useat your leisure. Read more
