So disappointed with Pizza Hut. This was the 4th-5th time I?ve given them a chance and now I?m done. I ordered a medium... Detroit style with pepperoni & onion. It had about 4 pepperoni and almost no onion. There was easily 1.5-2? of crust all theway around. I?ve purchased $1 Titino?s pizza with more toppings and flavor. How are they still open? I don't normally have problems with Pizza Hut but I waited over an hour for my food to be delivered. Not cooked or anything.... Delivered. And when it got here the driver tried to insist I tip him. Then I looked and my food was ice cold. The sauce was atthe bottom of the wing bowl and the sauce on the pizza looked like it was splattered everywhere. I tried calling them and twicethey hung up on me when I told them. I would not recommend this pizza hut. Read more
Placed an order for eight large pizzas through door Dash. They left the poor lady from DoorDash standing there waiting to pick... up the order for 20 minutes before they told her they had given the order away to someone else. They did not offer to remake theorder. They did not call me to touch base with me about the order. They left me on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak with amanager. Good luck getting your pizza! Normally I have no issues with any pizza hut location, but went here after ordering online, no issues with online ordering but... once getting to the store itself it looks understaffed which is fine but my pizzas I ordered looked undercooked and almost notedible. Ordered dinner box. Breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were good. Squared pan pizza was awful. It looks like they don't put any... care. Sorry Pizza Hut... second time disappointed. Unfortunately we don't have Pizza Hut restaurants opened at Orlando, onlydelivery or carry out. Read more
Saturday afternoon, January 30th. Issue w/my delivery, called and spoke with employee on the phone after a short wait. Wasn't... given any grief, the issue w/my order was fixed and a replacement was delivered in a half hour. As a side... Make the Detroitsauce and Pepperoni's available on an original Pan. Not a fan of the "Detroit Style" sauce on top, ends up a mess. But the saucetastes great, and those pepperonis are dope. Read more
