I did an online ordered and chose the option for curbside due to the weather and me having my small infant with me. I got the... notification that my order was ready so I proceeded to the restaurant. Inside the app I notified that I was there. I waited10-15 minutes in my car, no one came out. I called no one answered. I then proceeded inside the restaurant where I was notgreeted, but I told the young lady my name. She printed out like 3 different receipts and walked away from the register withoutsaying anything. I left and called to have my ordered cancelled. The lady I spoke to told me due to the weather they don?t offercurbside and rudely stated they will cancel and refund me for the order. My time was wasted and I?m very upset about my order. Ialways order from this particular Pizza Hut and it?s always an issue either with delivery, picking up or just how the employeesconduct themselves. Definitely won?t be back. Read more
I place a order at 12pm & I?ve been waiting on my pizza ever since and now it?s 2:23am & Ik the store been close so where did my... pizza go?! This place is beyond the worst and should either shut down or get completely new dedicated workers who wants to feedhungry customers? If they had told me that they stop doing deliveries for the night I would have respected that but takingsomeone order or act like your taking the order and not show up is just so wrong? Dont bother. Ordered at 6:55 pm. Was quoted a 7:35 pm delivery time. Called them at 7:30 and they said my order was on the way... and would arrive in 10 min. Called again at 8:00pm - was then told my driver was out with my food but had to stop and get gas??Called AGAIN at 8:30 pm and was rudely dealt with as if waiting over 2 hours for cold food is normal. I felt so bad cause the cook was the one who delivered my food cause they have no drivers. And the pizza was very dry like the... crust and bread part of the pizza and breadsticks was very stale. And the grill chicken was so dry. I know it?s not the cooksfault cause he is just doing the best he can with what is provided . I wish I could give 0 stars . Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid online ( bank statement shows charge went through) got to the store... and was told that I had to pay again . Told cashier that I had already paid online show her confirmation number she stated thatthe system is showing that it did not go through showed her my bank account showing that the funds did come out she still arguedwas in a rush so I just paid and called customer service to get refund it it has been three weeks I almost 4 weeks and I havenot received the refund and I keep being told that the issue is being escalated and I have gotten nothing. Update : Going onweek number 6 and I still have not received a refund or any correspondence from anyone in Corporate. Read more
Do not order from them .. my pizza was suppose stop be here at 3:01 when I ordered my pizza it also says a delivery time , the... delivery time begins from the time u order the pizza till the time u get your pizza .. if it says 30 mins that typically meansthat in 30 mins u will have your pizza .. I ordered at 2:28 I did not get my pizza till 3:45 .. I waited over a hour for pizzathat ended up being cold I called the manager and I was polite and the manager was nasty and rude and didn't offer to replace mypizza and came off like it was my fault .. This place is terrible. We ordered a pizza for delivery. We received the pizza a hour later and it was the wrong order. Sent the... wrong pizza back with the driver who stated he would go back and get the correct pizza. We called the store to verify andconfirm that we received the wrong order. The store stated we?d receive the correct order shorty, but they never sent us thecorrect pizza. We tried calling the store over 7 times and they either never answered or answered and immediate placed us onhold and never picked up again. We?ll be contacting corporate.
