I placed my order on the phone at 953. I come into the store it looks like theres only one girl with dark hair working with... glasses young. She looked overwhelmed!!!!!No one was there, then all of a sudden 15 minutes later still waiting for my pizzaother employees decided to show up!! I'm still waiting for my pizza they told me 15 minutes. They definitely need more help atthis location. Three other people ahead of me still waiting for my pizza an hour. First time I order over the phone. Went to pick it up and they couldn?t find my order. The manager dropped it off later.... Apologized for the inconvenience. I order through the app but it never works. Ordered over the phone and they put me on hold.Girl gets back on the phone confirms the order. Hour later call to check the status and they confirm the order. 30 minutes afterthat they said they had the address wrong. I hung up on them. Based on the stars and reviews the customer service isunacceptable. Is it so hard to find good help we should accept mediocrity. Pizza Hut pay better train better and hold youemployees to a higher standard. You lost a customer I?m sure I?m not the first but it could become a trend that all themarketing in the world won?t be able to buy you out of. Stop accepting mediocrity and start producing quality. This store had a much thinner version of the "pan" pizza dough.. I thought I was given a thin crust by accident. The employee... confirmed that it was a pan pizza and that a lot of customers have been commenting/complaining about this different "pan" dough.. Read more
