2 hour delivery with cold food when arrived. I thought I chose a "deal" of Detroit style pizza and 2 liter, no soda when... arrived. Delivery driver said if it's not on the ticket then it didn't get processed. I regretted having given a 20% tip. Iactually regretted ordering at all. The Detroit style pizza was drenched in sauce, making my stomach hurt. There was nothing hotor warm about it. It was as if they made the food and just left it waiting for two hours. Usually, I order Papa John's pizza epic stuffed crust but they have been missing the mark lately so I gave Pizza Hut another... chance and they have won me back!! Everything was hot and fresh and the driver was outstanding!! Super friendly and loves hisjob. Service like this is increasingly rare these days. Thank you for a amazing meal I will be back again!! Ok absolutely ridiculous. The order didn't leave the store until after the estimated delivery time. It didn't get delivered to... me until over an hour and half after ordering. It was supposed to be here at the latest within 38 minutes. Here's the worstpart. I noticed a car parked on the side of the road in between me and my neighbor. No one ever got out so I assumed it's for myneighbor. About 15 minutes go by and I look out and they are still there. After a few more minutes I go outside to make sure Ididn't miss the delivery and out of the car walks the delivery person. Why were they sitting there for so long with my food?? Itwas barely sprinkling. I'd understand if it was raining they could've called me and I'd get it. But no. The food is barely warmand box caved in. Literally the worst experience. Read more
Order online before i went into the store got there they couldn?t find my order then gave me someone else order at first went... back in store they gave me a different order stated it?s mines got home the food is cold and it?s the wrong order half cheeeseand other chicken they gave me cheese and pepperoni the pizza was cold i order cheese sticks with marinara sauce and didn?t receive Any sauce the wings look like they just put sauce on top on it very disappointing i had to put my kids pizza in theoven to heat it up Read more
Terrible food and service. We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered (despite the website saying it would take 25-35... minutes). When it finally arrives, they give us a coupon good for one free large; however, after eating our cold, stale,inedible pizza-why in the world would we order from them again? The breadsticks were cold and stale (like they'd been sittingout for hours and then microwaved prior to being sent out for delivery). The pizza was cold, dry, and bland. The boneless wingswere the only semi edible things to eat (still cold though). Even after having to warm up our food in the oven, nothing wassalvageable. We wasted nearly $40 on trash. I DO NOT recommend eating here. Save your money and order from somewhere else ORjust buy a frozen pizza if you're that desperate. Read more
i place an order online, it says pizza will be deliver in 72 minutes wich is one hour and twelve minutes. well the pizza arrived... three hours and fifteen minutes later. i told the driver to not even get out of his vehicle and I rejected the order. by thattime i had already cooked dinner. this is so unacceptable. they need to close their store if they cannot function right andthank God i didn't pay with my card when i place the order i choose to pay cash Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks online (easy order) at 7:19. Said 65-75 minutes. Checked back at 7:45 to see the updated time... and the time stayed the same on the order. Still 75 minutes. I called THREE times. Spent 15 minutes on hold each time. I musthave pressed a button to make them call me back somehow because someone called me back to place an order. I asked about the timeissue on the website and that I needed to check on my order. She put me on hold for another 6 minutes and never came back on thephone! It doesn't allow me to cancel the order online and I can't get anyone on the phone to cancel it. What a JOKE. Afterhearing the recording repeat 75 times that they care so much about service but no one can answer the phone or give order statusI am definitely not a believer. Pizza Hut is loosing its grip on the market. Both this location and the 1001 N Semoran Blvd are just plain trash. Both locations... are dirty, outdated, and disorganized. We can never get our orders right and sometimes they just forget to make the order atall. Worst of all, when you tell the staff that the order is wrong, they will flat out give you an attitude about it. I hate thefact I do not have good local Pizza Hut to order from and have to eat pizza from other pizza places that just care more abouttheir customers.
