Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour outside of our hotel for no one to ever show up. Finally get off hold with the place and... they say they called multiple times but no one was there to deliver to so they cancelled the order - mind you they did not callonce and we were literally waiting outside for the delivery. No email or anything saying it was cancelled. When we spoke to thestore the woman was entirely unhelpful and offered no help or solutions - would never order here again. Read more

Place was pretty sad for a tourist area. I stopped in for lunch. I can't believe the place had no ice. Employee told me it's... been broken since covid. Guys get it together. The place is huge and it was empty 3 other people there. I don't know how youstay afloat. Read more
Staff were too busy playing or texting on their mobile to serve customer. Phone rang a few times while we were there and the... staff member just picked up the phone and hung straight up on the customer. Food was OK but had a fairly long wait for it. Read more
Terrible customer service. We ordered a pizza for carry out and then plans changed, so we had to cancel. I was on hold for over... an hour, hung up and called back later when it wasn?t a busy time. Someone answered once, and then put me back on hold. I wasput on hold for another 20 min and never got to talk to anyone. My card was already charged and I never got to cancel my orderbecause no one helped me. I even called again 3 hours later when it wasn?t busy, and I was still put on hold and never helped. Read more

This particular restaurant is located in the heart of International Blvd and was fairly busy for a Friday late night around 10... pm. We were seated quickly and our orders was taken promptly. We ordered a variety of food from pizza, to cheese sticks, towings. We ended up with three separate pizzas, with one request that it come out well done. Everyone was pleased with theirpizzas. Very poor service, very slow service. Staff showed total disrespect and was on their phones while customers waited to be... attended to. Time stated at purchase became more than double when the pick up should have happened. All the customers I sawwhile there had to wait extremely long for their food. No management was present and it showed. The only plus was that the pizzawas really great, but I will not go back there and will not suggest that branch to anybody else. Read more
