I LOVE PDQ! But let me tell you!!!!!, the SoDo store is hands down my favorite location. Not only are they all friendly and... welcoming, they are truly a great group of people. Emmanuel was working the drive through when I was having an incredibly roughday after I just lost my job and let me have a moment that was seriously life changing. I never felt so validated and understoodby a random stranger in a through lol. But since then, I come in and Bryan ALWAYS greets me and makes sure I?m doing good. Ican?t even put into words are great my experiences are. And I know this is a fast food joint, but I literally keep coming backfor the energy and positive vibes these guys give to their customers. This is easily my favorite PDQ to go to! I travel for work and PDQ in general is consistent and way better than McDonalds so it... makes a good road pick, but this specific PDQ- lemme tell you what, they have the most friendly people working here. The shop isalways clean and the staff well dressed and all that stuff but I mean these guys have gone down the list of sauces with me?cause I was curious and there was nobody in line behind me. The proprietor of this shop, Bryan Payne, and I are on a first namebasis at this point, not because I?m by any means a regular, but just because he remembers and it?s awesome because when youwalk through the front door you?re greeted by name- and I?ve overheard him reinforcing that with the employees too. So come tothink of it, actually, I don?t know if the folks here are nice or just well trained. Either way, Bryan my man, if you see this,just keep doing what you?re doing, you guys are killing it!!! I go here all the time and I got a $10 off coupon for my birthday. They gave my order to someone else. Then tells me they?ll... give me my money back. But didn?t include the $10 coupon that I lost because of their mistake. They gave me 1 coupon for a freemeal after I just had a order for $30. Won?t be coming back here. Read more
We never had PDQ. Went through drive thru, ordered crispy chick sandwich meal. $16.80 got back to motel and there were no fries.... Incompetence inexcuseable. Go to Chik Fil A a block away. Better chicken, better service, and better value. No wonder no one wasin drive thru and CFA was busy. Read more
Clean, open atmosphere. Industrial design (lighting and ceiling). Food was good, but the chicken breading needed a little more... seasoning. The salad and sandwich portions were good. (The spicy nuggets were more like unspiced nuggets.) It is worth a visitto see for yourself. Read more
It was my first time at PDQ and everything was delicious. Fast friendly service great quality food.
DO NOT ORDER NASTY GRILLED CHICKEN!! The grilled chicken salad looked completely unappetizing. It does NOT look like the PDQ... grilled chicken I am used to or what is advertised online. I asked workers to remake my salad with fried chicken instead, theydid, but it took about 15 minutes and at that point my boyfriend was done eating his food. All of this occurred AFTER the storewas only accepting cash and we went to pull some out just to eat here. I wish my boyfriend had asked for a receipt so I could domore than leave a review here.
