This is a Horribly, Horribly, HOOOOOOOOOOOOORRIBLY.... staffed, managed /operated and dysfunctional store. At this place, "The... inmates literally run the asylum". Whoever the franchisee is, COPRORATE SHOULD TAKE THE STORE BACK!! I cannot even begin toramble off the list of inappropriate, unprofessional , and disgusting things that you have to deal with when trying to place anorder, and even worse if you go inside to pick it up. What's worse is I live 5 minutes form this place, and the food isconsistently good. I would suggest strongly one of the other 4 pizza places that are close by. Read more
I ordered their pizza and chicken wings online, but their so-called chicken wings fried chicken is very unprofessional
We placed an order through the app and it was made incorrectly due to the set up of the options in the app. We called in to see... if the food could be remade and a *very* unpleasant woman refused to let us speak to the manager and then hung up on us. We wentdown to the store and she continued to be rude. She appears to be the manager's daughter (or in a relationship with the manager)as she called the manager "daddy". We were able to speak to the manager and he did remake our food but it was also incorrect andby then the rest of our food was hours old and our evening was completely wasted. The very unpleasant woman was screaming atsomeone else over the phone while we waited for the food to be remade and she hung up on them as well and then yelled at anotheremployee. We will never be back to this location due to her absolutely insane and completely unhinged behavior. I can't believeanyone would employ her behaving that way. Read more

I would give them a big fat 0 if I could! I'm in Florida on vacation trying to order and all they know how to do is hang up on... people and put you on hold for 25 minutes!!! We called PIZZA HUT instead!!!!! Read more
Tough to say too much about a pizza place after one visit, but I was impressed. I walked in, told the young man what I was... looking for (a low-priced special), and got a quick, accurate, and germaine response. I ordered, and had my pizza in less than10 minutes. Kudos to the owner, manager(s) and crew! Read more
Really disappointing for Papa John's. We arrived late to Orlando on Sunday Jan 23, 2022, so food choices were minimal for our... group. I suggested Papa John's as they always deliver pretty consistently. What we received was inedible if we were notstarving. It was burned with no sauce so we picked around what we could. Surely, someone looks at the pizzas before they go intoa box and cares a little about the product they are delivering. Not this time though. I contacted the corporate office and theyresponded quite quickly with how important their product is to them and asked me to reply. I replied with the attached photo andnever heard back again.
