I absolutely love coming to this papa John?s ! Everyone is ALWAYS so nice, friendly and just positive. Everyone speaks and... interacts. No matter what time or day I go. Football Sunday or regular Wednesday. Food is ALWAYS quick and still taste so good.( I always order take out ) Thank you to Mark, Miquel, Edison, Tony, Doug, T, Pat and Geremy ! Customer Service at this location is abysmal. There is absolutely no cell phone reception in the whole plaza. Went to pick up... a delivery and couldn?t pull up the order due to no reception. When I asked if they had Wi-Fi I was told they do but they don?tgive it out. I was then instructed by a MAN WITH GLASSES to walk through the parking lot to the street to get better service Itliterally took me 5 minutes of pacing the sidewalk with my phone to the sky to finally pull up the order on my phone. I?mconfused as to why a service based business would blatantly make the pick up process difficult for their own customers.McDonald?s and so many other restaurants give Wi-Fi freely to their customers. We we're very excited to have family pizza night, but we discovered something horrifying in the pizza. . Someone had eaten a... chicken wing and baked the bone into the pizza! Absolutely disgusted by the fact someone would do this. What makes it worse isthey only offered to make us a new pizza and leave it at that. I have a mentally disabled son, and I'm just thankful I was theone who found this in my slice and not my 13 year old. Highly disturbed by this sick prank if that's what you could call it byone of the employees of this establishment. Health inspector has been notified.
