I absolutely love coming to this papa John?s ! Everyone is ALWAYS so nice, friendly and just positive. Everyone speaks and... interacts. No matter what time or day I go. Customer Service at this location is abysmal. There is absolutely no cell phone reception in the whole plaza. Went to pick up... a delivery and couldn?t pull up the order due to no reception. When I asked if they had Wi-Fi I was told they do but they don?tgive it out. I was then instructed by a MAN WITH GLASSES to walk through the parking lot to the street to get better service Itliterally took me 5 minutes of pacing the sidewalk with my phone to the sky to finally pull up the order on my phone. I?mconfused as to why a service based business would blatantly make the pick up process difficult for their own customers.McDonald?s and so many other restaurants give Wi-Fi freely to their customers.
