Waited over an hour for a pizza that was promised on the Papa Johns app for 18 to 28 minutes. Called the store only to wait on... hold for 15 minutes so I decided to hang up and call back and when they answers the same rep told me the manager ?refused? toget on the line. This is after waiting politely, and not even being upset with the rep that answered, but we are an hour overduefor our pizza with no resolution. The rep stated that they were waiting a delivery person to pick up their pizza so my pizza satthere waiting to be delivered for over a half an hour. I told the rep to just cancel my order and that we would go get otherfood and hung up. Five minutes later, the manager decided to call me, saying that a delivery person was actually on their way tomy house with the pizza (not what the rep said), nor what app stated, said it was being ?prepared?. He stated he was the onlyone making the pizzas but when my husband got there, the store was full of personnel, and only a handful of pizzas waiting to bepicked up. not overwhelmed or any explanation as to why it had taken over an hour to even send the pizza on its way. If youcan?t deliver at the promised time, then why take our order, why completely misrepresent the delivery time? I would notrecommend.What?s worse is that we haven?t ordered from you guys in quite a long time because we have a local Italian restaurantthat we tend to order genuine New York style pizza from but honestly we were craving Papa John?s pizza tonight and we werecompletely disappointed in the level of service this evening. All we wanted was for someone to pick up the phone and give us anupdate on our pizza or just cancel it for us because it was so unbelievably late. Decided to give this location another shot recently and customer service has improved, however what I dont like is they are... really starting to nickel and dime anywhere they can. For example, you still get a free Garlic sauce with your pizza, but if youwant more, they charge you more. Online ordering is best at this location since it seems like the phones go to a central hubsomewhere, and they might not get your order. Read more
I honestly don?t understand how this place is still running!! My pizza wasn?t cut all the way. Missing wings. And when I asked... for a manger I heard him say he didn?t have time for me. So why become manager!! Honestly the worst place alive! Read more
Horrible service. This is the second time that I order pizza requesting light sauce and when I get the pizza it is full of... sauce. I contact the store and what the supervisor tells me is that his cook tells him is that he cooked them with light sauce.To me, the pictures show more than light sauce. It is not a cheap pizza to request something specific and not receive it how youordered it. Read more
I was super excited to see that Papa Johns has a gluten free option!! I placed an order Saturday night at 4:30 for a 6:30... delivery time. I ordered 5 pizzas and 1 cheese bread. I called at 6:40 for an order update and the person I spoke to was verynon-concerned about the fact that I had 15 people in my home waiting for food that was ordered 2 hours ago. When I asked aboutthe delivery status, she was like well the driver's not here. She then proceeded to tell me that they sometimes use Uber Eatsbut was non-committal in actually giving me any idea of when I would get the food but advised that it was ready. I called backa few minutes later to state that I would come pick it up and was told it was on the way...however, one of our pizzas weremissing. When I called back to report the missing pizza, I was placed on hold after sharing my concern. I'm really not sure ifanyone ever came back on the line as after waiting 10 minutes again removing myself from the party for the 3rd time to call, Ihung up. Do better or don't bother opening. I called to place an order and gave my card information to a young female employee. They charged my card $45 than informed me... there was a communication error on their end and needed to reprocess the payment. After reviewing my bank account it shows theamount processing. I called back to get the reps name that assisted me just for me to know just in case the payment wasn'tcanceled. A young man answered and told me he could not tell me the name of the female who assisted me in the store. I asked forhis name and coincidentally he could not hear me and hung up. Great pizza place. Pizza take out. Ordered The Jack a lantern pizza great festive ideal and the kids loved it and carved up a... slice with the pumpkin carving pizza cutter that was included free with the pizza. Such a great fun way to share a family gamenight with kids. Read more
This has to be the worse Papa Johns ever. I order from them twice in hopes the first time it was just a busy night, but nope.... They never answer the phones don?t expect for them to answer when you need a refund especially when they give you the wrongorder or don?t show up with your order. Read more
