Guys. I?m not the ?bad review Karen type?. But this pizza should?ve been re-made. If this is really the standard, then please... just stop now. One or two lumps is acceptable. But this doesn?t qualify as a professionally made pizza. Because I could?ve madethis on my own and saved $48 tonight. With inflation the way it is, eating out is already unaffordable. I have been ordering from this location for a long time and the last 2 orders made me want to leave this review. Today I ordered... and the estimated time was 25-30 mins. I called after a hour of waiting because I understand things happen, (short staffed,traffic, etc), just to see where it was and got cut off with a dismissive response ?Oh it?s on its way now?? didn?t even ask whohe was speaking with? after an hour and a half, my pizza was delivered over cooked and cold. The order before that wasdisappointing as well. My pizza was delivered to me completely squished to one side of the box and the garlic butter hadexploded. This was my first time ordering from this location and I had a pleasant experience. Not only the staff was nice and attentive,... but the pizza was good, tasty and made as expected. I will keep them in mind for carryout when I am in the area. Read more
I love this quant little place, my husband not so much (only because he feels it's a little fufu). I ordered a delishious... pastry and pumpkin spice coffee, but all their food looked really good. Tried the new stuffed crust pizza and although the cheese inside was good, our pizza was hardly cooked. Super light in color,... the entire slice flopped over at the crust from being so mushy, and the slices weren?t even defined because there was just aheap of cheese on top. Ordered a Large pizza for my cheat meal on my diet. Got extra sauce, 3 cheese, pepperoni, bacon, meatball and jalepeno. I am... not joking when I say this might be the best pizza I've ever had. It was cooked perfect, the perfect amount of toppings, plentyof cheese and sauce. I really gotta give it to this Papa John's, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! 7 pizzas delivered in 2 hours??? Ridiculous! This store has to be under new management cause honestly never before has it taken... this long. I will say that I have seen the service aspect decline, my pizzas in a previous order about 2 months ago weredelivered to someone unrelated to the order, so?
