Every time I order from this restaurant, there?s an issue. I usually just chalk it up as a loss but it has gotten to be so... annoying, I will not ever order from here again. It?s not all Panera?s that I have an issue with, just this one on OBT. Iordered a 20oz coffee, got a cup the size of my hand. Ordered a customized breakfast sandwich, they completely neglected to lookat my notes. Most of the time my beverage isn?t even delivered. When I ask for no ice, I get extra, when I ask for my bagels tobe toasted, they don?t toast them. There?s always something wrong with my order from this location. Unfortunately, the lady manager did not address our question about a smoothie and the amount served (significantly low) in a... respectful manner. She used sarcasm when talking to us, the customers. This is the first time we receive this terrible serviceat Panera. Customers should be treated respectfully by this manager who should have acknowledged her lack of manners and qualityservice in a professional way. Read more
Terrible manager! I complained because I paid 6 bucks for what is already a small mango smoothie. But when I got it, it was... lacking considerably. See pic. So I complained and demanded for a more full cup which is what I paid for. The woman behind thecounter explained that those are the portions, that they are only required to make it up to the first line. (Which wasn?t evenat first line). I said I disagree it is too empty. I asked to speak to a manager and she sarcastically said ?hi, how May I helpyou?!? After my meal I asked another employee if there was another manager and spoke to him. There is no need to speak to acustomer like that! I proceeded to place a to go order. Sure enough the issue manager served the soup and set it aside. Serversomeone else, and then waited a moment just to plop the order on the counter, and walked away. VERY RUDE! So I told her she hasterrible customer service. She should find a different job I said. She then proceeded to argue with me and give me more ruderemarks! Unbelievable!!! The food is mediocre and expensive, and on top of that terrible service?!?! Unbelievable!!! Read more
