Food was good, service was not. I was trying to figure out what to order and asked the young lady at the counter for... assistance. The was no line but she seemed uninterested in helping me and I ended up ordering way to much food for one person. I spent too much money on food I couldn't finish. Will not return to this Panera again. Read more

I always go to Panera for their egg souffles. We had a meeting there this morning and bought some of their egg souffles. It's an... omelette rather than an egg souffle. When I asked why their souffles are the way they are this morning, the person at thecashier simply replied: we run out this morning, our manager made some and that's the way they came out. Just inacceptable as ananswer. If they don't come out right, then don't sell it! Read more
They started off fine with being quick to take my order and having what I wanted available. The spinach and avocado soufflé... was okay, but had been sitting for awhile on the warmer. The cinnamon roll was good, but chilled. The coffee was warm, but nothot, and all the coffee containers were empty when I went for a refill. The dining room was clean and comfortable. So overall,they barely earned three stars in my book. They need to pay attention to the details if they want to be more than mediocre. Read more
I did not eat here! I love Panera bread, this review is on the location itself. I decide to work here because Starbucks wifi... would not work for me in multiple locations. Paneras wifi connected automatically!! I?ve been able to make my calls, get a lotof work done with minimal distractions! There?s a lot of space to work and it was not crowded ( at first, I took the picturesduring lunch time) it?s quite and spacious. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the dining room was freezing (Iget cold easily lol) and they don?t have outdoor outlets because I prefer to work outside to avoid cold buildings!
