I don?t know who owns or is running this Panera but they?re clearly not doing a good job. Every single time I come here the... wait, even for the smallest simplest orders, is insanity. And it really blows my mind because they have a million people on dutyso it isn?t like they?re understaffed. I?ve been to places with less than half the people they have on duty and got my food wayfaster! And 85% of the people that are on duty here just be standing around. No matter whether it?s busy or slow, your wait isgoing to be long. Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at being in charge. Read more

????????????Warm, Delicious Soups & Sandwiches???????????? I?ve been dining at Panera Bread in Waterford for over five years,... rarely ever disappointed with the quality of its food and service. Recently, self-order kiosks have allowed patrons to choosemeals at their leisure, with the added benefit of visuals and easy-to-modify special requests (removing ingredients, etc.). TheYou Pick Two option continues to be my favorite, with a surprising variety of entrée and side-dish combinations. The last timeI visited, many of the menu items were unavailable (assumedly due to shortages); however, I still walked away with a deliciousmeal. Most recently, I ordered: ???? Toasted Frontega Chicken ? My favorite panini on the menu, finally back from the ?secretmenu? after a revamp hiatus. It?s as tasty as ever, with a bit more toastiness. My particular serving felt disproportionatelybready, but a bit more smoked chicken evenly spread is all that it needed to maintain its gold star. The meat is pulledtender-soft, warmed under creamy mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, zesty red onions, aromatic basil, and sweet-spicy chipotlemayonnaise sandwiched between two slices of toasted Black Pepper Focaccia. Goes down splendidly with a side of soup. Andspeaking of? ???? Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup ? I wish this weren?t seasonal because it?s my absolute FAVORITE soup offeredby Panera. Thick, creamy, and just the right balance of sweetness and nuttiness, it?s a smooth, pureed blend of butternutsquash, pumpkin, and vegetable broth, with hints of honey, apple, cinnamon, and curry spice with sweet cream. A handful ofsalted pumpkin seeds on top positively *makes* it?both in terms of taste and texture. ???? Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese ? Adelicious, slightly healthier twist on traditional macaroni. It tastes almost like Panera?s Broccoli Cheddar Soup, withmelt-in-your-mouth soft pasta and juicy broccoli creating a tangy-sweet joyride for the tastebuds. ???? Green Passion Smoothie? I come here for the steak and white cheddar sandwich with no horseradish sauce and extra onions with a bowl of broccoli cheddar... soup. For the 2nd time in a row they put no onions at all on my sandwich and only gave me a cup of the soup. Wish there wasanother location even close because the food isn't cheap enough for them to get it wrong every visit. Make sure you check bagbefore you leave store Read more

Trying out the unlimited sip club thing, which is super cool. Unfortunately it is useless at this Panera seeing as every time... I?ve been to it at least half the sodas are out of order. It?s been like this for months too so I know it?s not a one off thing. Not the employees fault of course, they seem very nice and helpful. However, since this location is too cheap to replace theirsoda machine I would recommend going to a different one for the time being. Read more

Ok so this is the last time I will support Panera. I just paid almost $3 for a regular small black coffee and when I looked for... the creamer I found out they don?t provide creamer no longer, just milk. Also, no more Stevia o healthy alternatives for sugar, but only regular sugar or cheep artificial sweetener that is bad for you. With so many people at the restaurant and so manypeople moving to Florida every day, instead of providing a better quality and service, they decided to lower their standards andquality. Read more

Service was ok. The 1/2 BLT sandwich was delicious but too small in size. go for the full sandwich instead but expect to pay... $10. The broccoli soup was delicious but is cheaper at BJs or even Publix. Read more

Service was quick and uninterative to be honest. My friends and I ordered at the electronic screens, grabbed our number place... holders, waited for them to go off, and grabbed our food and drinks at the counter. Pretty robotic but pretty convenient for theworld we now live in. The food was tasty, hot, serving looked very appetizing, and overall was a good experience. They have madeit extremely convenient and appetizing. Huge kudos to this panera location. Also they weren't super busy on this visit so thathelped as well. Will definitely consider visiting in the future for a simple but filling meal. Read more
