Every single time I mean every single time I come to this Panera it takes them anywhere between 15 and 20 minutes in the... drive-through for a simple salad, the most basic one and mac & cheese literally just have to put in a cup. Walked in and saw two employees. Neither uttered a word after looking at us. A simple ?hello? would?ve been courteous. We... ordered food at the kiosk and took a pager. The pager went off and the food wasn?t ready. I stood at the counter for fiveminutes with no one saying a word to me except ?you can put the pager in the basket?. A young man placed our food on the counterand didn?t say one word. I asked for some napkins and he gave me TWO. The food was sub-par. My BBQ chicken sandwich was poorlyput together with hardly any sauce or chicken and it was missing onions. My daughter?s grilled cheese was on some odd bread anddidn?t look like what she usually gets. From where we were sitting, we could hear the staff laughing and joking loudly in theback. Overall, just a really poor experience. Customer service is non-existent everywhere right now. I guess I just expected alittle better from a Panera. We won?t be returning to this location. Read more
When I arrive at this panera location a saw dirty dishes still on tables. When I got to pick up my order the person wasn't being... polite, respectful and professional. I didn't get everything I ordered (dressing, cheese on my soup, croutons on soup) and Ididn't receive my brownie and the bread was hard and old. This is my first time eating here and was amazed of how good it was. I love how the food is displayed and the easy self order... screen. It was nice and quiet, at the time I went, and felt like I can spend hours in there eating my food. The only thing Ididn't like was the maintenance of the bathroom, but hey, that's me. Read more
OMG I love going to Panera bread especially seeing that they have my everything bagels! That's the best part of my morning!
Just left there? absolutely disgusting & disappointed. They gave me a dirty bowl for my Soup. It had some leftover tomato soup... from someone prior? went to go use the restroom & the smell was horrible, Dirty and the sink did not work in the big stall. Whenthey announce the names over the intercom the lady sounded very rude and blunt. ? Cheyenne food is at the counter? instead of apleasant. ? Cheyenne, your order is for pickup, enjoy.? Never been to this Panera Bread. I was very happy with the visit. Very organized with the six checkout stations. You can order... what you want, pay for it there, pick up a pager if you need and just head to the order pickup area. My order came up reasonablyfast. Had a breakfast sandwich that was terrific. Egg, bacon and cheese on a nice soft and crunchy bread. Always get my favoritefrozen mocha drink and an orange scone. The best. Great place, clean rest rooms, staff was good. Read more
I believe services have gotten worse after Covid. It use to be good customer service, good food. Then, customer service not up... to part. Given the wrong order, careless staff, rude staff, pure unprofessionalism. For the amount of money the meal cost, youcan upgraded to a full course meal at a restaurant with better customer service.
