A employee was leaving the restaurant but signed us on the waitlist so that we didn't have to wait for another employee to do... it. Our waitress was Rose and she probably has the best customer service I have seen in a while. She was so courteous andhelpful with making sure I ordered something I like. Make sure you guys keep her! This restaurant is in MCO Terminal A. I expected so-so food and not much service. I was wrong. I eating alone and seated after... less than 15 minute wait. I was surprised there was plenty of seating beyond what you see when entering the restaurant. Myserver came by without much of a wait and took my order. It came out warm and in a reasonable amount of time. The chips andsalsa was fresh. I ordered a burger and fries. 2 small burger patties cooked well done but not dry. They actually tasted likeground beef. The price was high but not more than expected for an airport. All in all it was a good experience. I enjoyed mymeal without feeling cramped or rushed. And the restaurant seemed clean. I would definitely try On The Border in MCO again. Read more

I got my stuff from the to go part because the restaurant at the airport was all full and had a long wait to be seated. I Got... the fish tacos. Nothing good to say, It was okay. The wait was a bit long but they were very busy. Our Waitress Aitza made the wait worth it. Extremely kind, awesome people... skills and never once had to ask for anything she basically anticipated what we needed without asking. Was kind enough to ask ifwe had anything we needed to charge and politely pointed us in the right direction. Food came to the table quickly and wasconsumed almost as fast. Service: very poor. Lady w/ a slight attitude, brought us plastic/disposable eating utensils to eat with. Food/Menu: Very... limited menu. Super basic items offered with below average flavor (even for airport food) - not the place to try if you arelooking for any kind of "genuine" sabor in your Mexican food. Ambience: average, with ALL reggaeton playlist being the onlymusical accompaniment. From the outside this was the only "sit-down" dining to be had near our boarding door, so we went forit. Fixed menu not the menu at all for the regular restaurant. The server was not very kind. I mean i get people have bad days but... if we are being kind to you a thank you or you?re welcome or have. A great day or no problem something would?ve be better. Helooked like we were bothering him the whole time and that we were the problem that he was having. My boyfriend got the carneasada and he was not a fan the rice was good though. I went safe and got the chicken fingers with fries and seriously they werethe best! He loved them and was very jealous.
