Just stopped in here for the special of the day, ground ribeye burger. I was thoroughly impressed. The patty was just slightly... pink in the middle and had a nice crispy char on the outside, but not burnt. A nice, generous, smear of aioli and crisparugula, with a perfectly toasted bun. The steak fries were more than a supporting role on this plate. I am not sure if I haveever had fried steak fries, but these were great.
