We were with friends and had to make a reservation to eat here for lunch. My Greek Salad was a simple chopped salad with added... chicken. The dressing was surprisingly bland, oily, so I asked for a vinaigrette dressing to improve the flavor. The chicken wasa full piece that they ineffectively attempted to slice. My friends and husband enjoyed their meals. Eric served us and he wasgreat at keeping my husband?s soda refilled but we lacked attention on other needs. The restaurant will provide bread uponrequest only but not with butter which apparently is upon request as well. One of the other hot meals arrived slightly chilledin the center but she was told that it should be room temp. It was our first experience here. I prefer to give an overall 3 starbut doing 4 stars based on the fact that the rest of our party enjoyed their flavorful meals. Read more
????Excellent Theme Park Dining???? After hearing about its award-winning status, I had to try Mythos Restaurant for myself. It... lives up to its hype. Food arrives timely, warm, and fresh, served by friendly, attentive staff. The environment immerses youinto the experience, surrounded by Greek-themed architecture with mythological inspiration. The sound of rushing waterfallsbathes the dining environment in a soothing ambience. I found it difficult to stop snapping photos and actually focus on mymeal. Mythos Restaurant is an excellent luncheon or dinner spot. I didn't have to reserve my place in advance and was seatedquickly. Read more
Every time I come to Universal Island of Adventure I never miss this place! This is, in my opinion, the Best restaurant in the... whole Universal studios Orlando resort. Did this place twice in our vacation and really happy with both experiences. We had thechance to get Bradley as our waiter both times too and he really did make a difference to make our meal experience from great toamazing. A big thank you ! Even the kid's menu beef medallion was very good! The banana split at 4$ for the kids is huge anddelicious. Read more
We found this restaurant by chance while visiting Universal and are so glad we were able to get reservations at the last minute.... When I initially checked in for a party of 6, I was told the wait would be 45 minutes. However, five minutes later, I receiveda text that my table was ready and we were seated outside. At first, we were a little upset that we had to sit outside butfound the view and bug prevention in place really amazing and were grateful we received the outside table. It was also inshade so the breeze on the hit and humid day gave us a beautiful spot even though we had hoped to dine inside with the AC. Myhusband ordered the calamari as an appetizer and everyone found it amazing. For our meals, the kids ordered the pad Thai andbacon cheese burger which they loved. My son said it was on par with some of the best he's had and he has over 13 years of padThai experience. ;-). I ordered the scallops and risotto and though I am not a huge fan of truffle oil, I found the dishextremely tasty and would definitely order it again. My husband ordered the lamb burger and even though it was smaller thanexpected when compared to the kids bacon cheese burger, he said it was extremely flavorful and filling and he was glad he choseit. The service was fast, the food excellent, and our server Khalil amazing. It was a great restaurant and made our experienceat Universal even better! Such a nice option amongst the normal quick food at theme parks and a welcome retreat from the hustleand bustle and heat of the theme park experience. Read more
Menu seems all over the place and needs a few tweaks, but tasty food overall. Pictured are the grilled octopus, grilled cheese... and tomato soup, and beef loin medallions. The octopus was perfectly cooked, but lacked in flavor. Needed a little moreseasoning. The grilled cheese has too much bread in the cheese vs. bread ratio and the soup that came with it was delicious butmostly reminded me of a good marinara sauce more than a soup. The beef was tasty but the sauce wasn't very flavorful. The potatopuree was fantastic. Prices were up there but I wouldn't say overpriced for the quality of the food. Excellent experience. We went on a Saturday so I made a reservation in advance. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated... within 5 minutes of arriving. The food was fantastic and was served fairly quickly despite how packed and busy it was. Ourserver was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the menu. Our drinks were always filled and he stopped by a few times to check inon us. Highly recommend. Read more
The food was excellent. I went in expecting little and left happy, full, and a little shocked. My gnocchi was perfect. The sauce... was amazing. My wife loved her burger and the kids destroyed their pizza. I have to say, the waiter was amazing. He was veryunderstanding when our toddlers had a meltdown. Read more
This has to be one of the best restaurants located inside of a theme park. We were lucky that we went on an off peak day and... were able to get a table. The food was absolutely amazing and it was nice place to take a break from all of the surroundingexcitement. The spanakopitas were amazing! I also ordered the grilled cheese and they put their own spin on it which put it onanother level. Read more
