If I could have put 0 stars I would have. My family walked in on Sunday to have lunch. My daughter needed to use the restroom,... so we went back to the restroom. BOTH women's and men's room had ROACHES crawling on the doors. We walked right out and foundanother place to eat. Not very good. Friendly staff, clean. The food is rather bland compared to Chipotle, Taco Bell or other Tex-Mex style options.... Maybe it's going for a more authentic Mexican taste, but the rice I had tasted old and I wasn't fond of the shreddedcheddar-jack cheese or the obviously mechanically sliced lettuce. The food was terrible and so was the staff. Nobody wanted to work and it showed. The hard shells were stale and the heat press... wasn't clean, causing our food to get black gunk all over it. My brother-in-law ordered a burrito, they said they were frozenand told him to order something else... at a BURRITO place. When they said they wanted a burrito, at MOE'S, the staff was upsetfor the rest of our orders. There was also a cockroach on our booth that crawled on one of us, which was quite disgusting andunsettling. We visited on Tuesday, July 28, at 6:30pm. TLDR: Bad service/food and a roach. Read more

I use to be a fan of Moe's but that has changed. The prices have gone up incredibly, so much so that Chipotle is actually... cheaper. The portions are smaller and the quality has gone down hill. The floors and drink machine are sticky, and that is notan exaggeration, my shoes were actually tacky after being there. The tables are all broken, so much so that the tables areturned sideways to be held up against the wall. So, then when we tried to use the discount we were over charged. I was told Iwould get a refund which didn't happen. So we paid for for food that wasn't good in a dirty broken restaurant. My family and Iwill not be going back to this or any Moe's for Tex Mex in Orlando. The owner of this restaurant would benefit from cleaning andupdating the restaurant, because this location is severely neglected. Read more
Great spot at the Waterford Lakes food court! The bowls are always generously portioned, and the chips are crisp and perfect. ... I miss the salsa bar, so here?s hoping that comes back eventually. There?s plenty of indoor seating with convenient self-servedrinks, plus open tables (some covered) outside for when the weather?s nice. Conveniently right next to the theater, too. Read more

I?m a person who thoroughly enjoys Moe?s, but this Moe?s takes the cake for the worst one I?ve ever been too. The food was... terrible and the staff was even worse. The staff was vulgar and clearly not interested in keeping it professional what so ever.Screaming and cursing behind the counter while we dined in. And the food was served cold, I ordered a stack which is suppose tobe pressed and heated on the grill, but it was just thrown together and onto a tray without being heated because the staff wasunwilling to do their job. Absolutely awful experience, and would not recommend anyone to visit this location. Absolute garbage. Read more
