Got to go on a date with the husband. It's been a long time and it was very nice. "The People's Margarita" is one of their new... Margarita shaker drinks. The oso buco pork was really crispy and soft really enjoyed with the mashed potatoes and the broccoli.
Living in PSJ, we don't get to Orlando often. Miller's Ale House "seems" to be everywhere!! I am NOT a fan of chains. However,... no matter which one we went to the food is consistent (AND GOOD)!! The one we like the best for outdoor seating is onInternational Dr. There is a helicopter business across the street, but you'll tune them out (as 2-3 take off every 15-20minutes). The outdoor patio is HUGE!!!! Location is by several resorts, hotels etc. Our bartender Tiffany was wonderful!! Wealso met other patrons from Orlando while there. Hubs got the app nachos. I wouldn't eat them as I (unfortunately) can't standtomatoes. He's like, "You've GOT to try these chips!!" I did & they were the freshest, lightest chips I've EVER had!!! Food and service were very good. Seated right away. Our server, Sarah was attentive without being overbearing. Nice meal
Thanks to Nanna our attendant...she was awesome!! Took care of everything in a timely manner...she explained from the beer... drafts and meals in a very knowledgeable way...the food was amazing like always...and that ice cream cake...my God...delicious!!???????? Ale house is one of me and my family top 5 favorite restaurants of all time. The only complain I have is that this time I went... to the florida mall location on Saturday night and they have a girl named helen, if I'm not mistaken (she did a great job, shewas doing her best) the reason why I'm saying this is because she was front desk, picking up the phone, taking care of thepeople that were picking up their food inside and outside, and taking care of the people like me that were waiting for a tableto eat...way too much for one person. So we waited for while. You guys need to hire more people or will lose customers. Read more
What?s going on with Miller?s Ale House? Second location that I have recently visited that is a complete disaster. The hostess... podium literally had the phone off the hook. Although the food was good, the restaurant looked like a frat house after rushweek. Unfortunately, it?s apparent that they?re understaffed. Every empty table had piles of dishes on it, trash on the floorand the bathrooms were utterly disgusting. I hope there?s a vast improvement soon. Read more
This is my first time every ordering from Miller?s Ale House, the server bring my food to my car without eating utensils, she... also tried to bring me my Coke in a small plastic cup with ice rather then in the bottle 20zo bottle I ordered. Also my piece ofgarlic bread was missing from my meal. I?m not going to order here again. Wish I haven?t of tipped. I had the ?Cajun ChickenPasta?, food tasted like is was missing some ingredients like butter, garlic, no parmesan cheese on it, and very little sauce. I think maybe they rushed my food because I ordered it a hour before closing and it was curbside service. I don?t know, butwhat I do know is that I?m going back to ordering from Applebee?s, because they get it right for me every time I curbsideorder. UPDATE??. The manager Angel of Miller?s Ale House , gave me a follow up call at home about my curbside serviceexperience. I was very impressed with management concern and willingness to correct my experience, and they also provided mewith a Miller?s gift card, so my next experience might be made better then the first one.
