Zero stars if i could came in to get ice and the lady taking the order was rude ..i told her i drove all the way from SeaWorld... which was 30 minutes..to get the sugar free ice and she said what made u think we sold that with a attitude and i said becauseur menu said u did ..no im sorry i glad u came but all i got was we out... she loss out on me and the other people in line whichsaid they dont like how she talked to u its ok. Just will not get my money...and the state of Florida should look into her havea bady in the back room with them machines unattended...ps im from Chicago it was my first time the and people told me thats notcoming back to ur store.... save the drive its better ice around the parks.. Family owned places are always the best, and this place was great. Haven't had Italian ice since I was a kid. Got a watermelon... gelati, and honestly, I probably will never get another gelati. I just didn't care for the combination of flavors, although theice cream was delicious by itself and the Italian ice was amazing. Service was friendly as well. Read more
