My daughter Gifted me a pizza From Metro a week ago. I've had it on my mind ever since. They are Not afraid of their garlic the... pizza is Love! I ordered it tonight! One of the worst experiences I?ve had in a restaurant. Over 20 minutes waiting for our appetizer which we never got until I paid... for the bill? we also order a garlic Parmesan wings. When we are trying to enjoy the food. We find a fly in inside the wings. Weask to speak to the manager or person in charge. When she comes out we explain the situation. She says? well you are seating inthe patio? really??? The fly was inside the wing as we were eating it? she says well I?m sorry about that. The bruschetta isbeing pack to go right now.. I ask for the bill and she brings it.. I go, so are really going to pay for this whole order whenwe did not eat our food??? She says.. yesss. No costumer service at all. This comes from a person that runs restaurants for aleaving. That was no way to treat a guest that is dinning in your establishment. Very disappointed with tonight?s service asthis was one of my wife and I very place to enjoy a good bruschetta? it?s sad that our service was handle with such poormanners. Read more
