My friend and I went there with my kids and my friend was falsely accused for stealing frozen yogurt. The owner supposedly saw... us throw the cameras from where ever there location was but the manager on duty ( who was amazing btw) told the owner that myfriend had a sample cup. We had no reason to steal and the owner threatened to call the cops on us. My kids got so nervous andthat made me so angry. He didn?t even bother to look at the camera. My son, 17, was hired on at menchie's recently. Ended up quitting and taking a different, closer, better paying job. After... quitting, the owner, Chris, told my son that he'd mail his paycheck out as soon as they were produced. Supposedly mailed it acouple weeks ago, but here the boy sits with no check from Chris. Chris then offered my son to stop payment on this check andre-issue another with the stop payment charge deducted from his check. My son offered to stop by the store and pick it up. Christhreatened to have him trespassed if he came into the store. Could post some screenshots of this guy's texts back and forth withmy son, but the guy is clearly off his rocker. Insulting, unprofessional and generally all around asshat. We'll see whathappens, but find another spot to give your money away, not here. Read more
Lots of variety. Missed the pineapple pieces but overall topping selection was decent. Cashier, though not rude, seemed less... than interested to wait on us. When he did so, it was all business like. Which isn't bad, just not very customer focused. Butthe dog water bowl outside was a nice touch. Read more
Took my daughter there yesterday,we sat outside to eat & her strawberry yogurt tasted like soap so she went back inside & the... girl told her I'd have to pay for new yogurt!!who tells a young child that????I worked long hours & was tired so rather thanmake a big deal of it sadly she threw it away (I tasted it too & it was disgusting!),we left & I got her ice cream at McD's onthe way home since I felt terrible about it!! needless to say we won't be back.it wasn't OUR fault it tasted like soap yet Istill paid for it only to have her throw the whole thing in the trash!! Clean, super friendly staff but my god tastes awful! My daughter is a big fan of fro yo she loves pink berry and sweetfrog. So... my daughter went basic vanilla chocolate and the cookies and cream. My husband got the marshmallow and dulce de leches. Gross.Ate the toppings which they have a great selection and the wafer biscuit are good are those too and threw the fro yo away mydaughter is 3 I?ve never seen her say I don?t want this when it comes to fro yo.
