KARA VASQUES(the manager) needs to be fired . She?s rude . Ignorant to almost every customer. I live about 3 miles away and come... here for breakfast often . She never saids Good-morning . My diabetic mother always gets her coffee wrong she needs to drinkdecaf only. I?m a manager of a beauty supply close by and I?m always late because she makes everyone wait. It?s so irritating &irresponsible and this is coming from a manager. Wow McDonald?s . Your on I-drive set an example, this is Orlando. I now refuseto come to this McDonald?s until she?s gone . Literally the worst experience I?ve ever had at a mcdonald?s. There were two really nice ladies who helped us, however every... single other employee was astonishingly rude. My friend and I have both worked at restaurant and were kind to them and theywere so mean to us we both literally wanted to cry by the time we left the drive through. The young man working was especiallyaggressive and had the biggest attitude as soon as we pulled up to the window and politely waited over 15 minutes for our mobileorder. Everyone else in line left and we even heard the car behind us arguing with the lady at the window. We didn?t even wantto eat our food after this encounter and would never go here again. Read more
I commend the staff here as they were open during the first morning/afternoon of hurricane Ian and as a tourist that has no... access to cook food it was a real relief to be able to order a double quarter pounder that actually tasted good. Highlyrecommend. Read more
Nice location and easy to get in and out of. It gets extremely busy and crowded inside past noon but for the most part your in... and out in under 10 minutes. The only thing I would say is for the bathrooms if there is ever a remodel add a second toilet sopeople aren?t creating a separate line in a tiny room. Good food and nice staff. I took my grandchild to this McDonald's but was somewhat disappointed. First of all they got his order wrong. It was somewhat... busy but service was horrible. There was one African-American lady who was very kind and I wish I could remember her name butshe was excellent! The bathrooms were very smelly. And McDonald's what is going on with the prices? I guess you can't get adollar hamburger anymore. The interior design of the McDonald's was actually very well done and had a contemporary modern look.However there were no Outlets where I could charge my telephone. Maybe that's something that McDonald's could add to theirdesign overall. Read more
Late afternoon lunch went inside the restaurant to order to go. It appeared you could only order at the kiosks as no one was... standing behind the register. 3 people 3 orders. 2 orders received and the other order was only for a frappe or ice coffee witha espresso shot. They were out of espresso. This was the start of us standing there for at least another 15 to 20 minuteswaiting for this to be made and for her to be refunded the difference of 2.00 for this extra shot. The manager told an employeeto make it. It was not made. We asked if the manager would be coming back up to refund her, meanwhile STILL waiting on thiscoffee. The manager came back up and saw the employee had not made it and said a few words to her which the employee then gavean attitude to my friend who ordered the coffee asking what she wanted in it (they had the ticket) then proceeds to tell usthere is no espresso (which we were already aware) The only positive experience was the manager she was polite and tried to helpus get out of there as soon as we could. After she got the 2.00 back she sees that the employee AGAIN did not make the drink, at which point she ended up making it herself. I?ve worked in food before, I know how stressful it can be.. but these workers including the managers are the most... unprofessional people I?ve ever seen in food.. absolutely disgusting behavior to each and every single customer in the storetonight I understand it was busy but there was no need to speak to customers the way they did especially when the customersaren?t acting out. I?m normally not one to leave a nasty comment on a place of business but dear god I don?t understand workerscan treat customers with such disrespect, the only kind worker in the store tonight was the janitor.. What really got me wasthat there was a woman who had a hard time speaking English and they treated her as if she was stupid because she had a hardtime ordering. This place is just hysterical.. Message on kiosk said closed, order from counter. Waited at counter for a while to get additional help with ordering but was... told to go to kiosk and then the employee walked away. When I walked out kiosk still read "closed, order at counter". This marksthe second time in the week that counter service was not available. Done with McDonalds. Read more
