If you're looking for a quick and convenient breakfast, McDonald's is the place to go. They have ample parking and serve up some... of the best breakfast meals around. Plus, their prices are hard to beat. I had a McDonald's burger, Big Mac and some deliciousnuggets and they were all fantastic! The burger was juicy and flavorful, the Big Mac was huge and filling, and the nuggets werecrispy and full of flavor. Overall, a great experience! McDonald's is a fast drive thru, kiosk, and quarter pounder. They havea great variety of food to choose from, and the service is amazing. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff isfriendly and helpful. I would highly recommend McDonald's to anyone looking for a great meal. The sweet tea was delicious, andthe manager and employee were both great. They made sure I had everything I needed and were very friendly. I would definitelyrecommend this restaurant. Read more
New staff stole my mobile order. I've placed hundreds of mobile orders so I know how they work, if they're unable to fulfil the... order then it just stays on the app unfulfilled or goes away. They marked the order as picked up but then didn't give me thefood. They said they're out of the item I ordered, I said any item is fine. They still refused. They helped the 3 other peoplein the other lane while pretending they couldn't find my order or pretending like they couldn't hear me. I've frequented thisMcDonald's, mainly for coffee, almost every other day for 3-4 years. The familiar faces are gone so I suspect that's somethingto do with it. The other nearby McD at S. Orange Blossom Trail does the same thing. I don't know entirely what's behind that butI can guess. Very disappointing how things have come to this. Not upset, just disappointed. You don't know me, my finances,views or background. I work hard for the money I use to place these orders. Just very shameful. There's one other McD onHoffner I can go to within range that I know won't do scummy things like this but I'm not feeling good at all about the currentstate of things. It's just a fast food restaurant but it's happened to me too many times living in the city and it reflects alarger problem. I've filed a complaint with corporate and I won't be coming back here. The supervisor I mainly dealt with gavethe name "Amanda" in a red shirt but I suspect that's not even the real name given all the other lies. This happened today9/28/22 around 1:55pm. The forecasted storm isn't an excuse, it had not come until much later. Even so that doesn't give reasonto steal, refuse to refund, deny service and allow that verbal behavior. They helped 3 other people behind me and stole mymoney, so there is no valid reason for it. We had a great experience at that location, the kids like the food and the staff were very serviable..The frozen drinks were... great especially the sprite lemonade. The store was clean, outside and inside.The bathroom were ok and I wish they have papertowel instead of the hand air dryer. I also Liked the attraction brochures for those visiting Florida. On Tuesday July 19 at 12pm, I stopped at this location to grab my daughter lunch. The cashier at the window, was extreme... unprofessional. I got my happy meal at Window number two. I started to drive away. As I opened The chicken nugget box, I wasrepulsed. The chicken nuggets served to me were close to being black. They were disgusting. As I drove back around to the firstwindow and asked for the manager I was told the manager is too busy to speak to me. Then in the headset the manager must?veasked what I needed because the cashier said I don?t know she?s just here in her car and wants to talk to you. The cashierrepeated herself that the manager was too busy to speak to me. The managers name was Nicole. As a manager in customer servicemyself, this is absolutely unacceptable. Then a gentleman came over. A different manager. I did not get his name. He told me topull up to the second window. As I drove away I heard the cashier say are you kidding me that?s all she wanted. I then was askedto park and wait on fresh nuggets. I am writing this review so that you can follow up with both individuals. First of all acustomer should never be told that the manager is too busy to do her job. Second of all. The level of customer service at thislocation is a joke.
