I went into the restaurant and made a order on the order machine and I walked to the cashier desk and they were all too busy... verbally horse playing and I didn't any customer service on Saturday night September 10th 2022 and they had the nerve to saythat they didn't do it on purpose. Stood in line for over 5 minutes never acknowledge that I was there. They were worried about some number. After asking if... someone could take my order manager looked my way and ignored me. This mc donald is the worst i waited 10 min after they took someone else order then ask me did i order knowing i didn't. waited... 10 min for just a Frappuccino freeze .plus who is the manager cause it looks like these kids that work in there seem to have nodirection cause the person behind me was complaining about his cold large fries and they have a full staff . Normally I don't review fast food like this because it is what it is. You get what you pay for. However I go to this McDonald's... quite often because of the convenience on my way home. The experience is never good. The employees are rude. The orders arenever correct. The fries are way too salt. I watched them give my drinks to another car in front of me then gave them to me. Nofresh drinks as if things like covid and the flu don't exist. My expectations for a fast food place is always lower but thereis still a certain level of expectation that needs to be passable. Every employee there needs to be replace including themanager. There are plenty of other McDonald's in the area. Read more
