This has the be the worst McDs ever! Poor management, poor customer service, terrible food quality. (For Store Number: 23547) This truly has to be the saddest McDonalds I have ever walked into. Was met by Emya as the cashier who... was beyond rude, has a nasty nasty attitude and it seems her acting supervisor either supports her poor choices or permits it.McDonalds should truly rethink about this new crew that has been hired here. Asked for Fries to not have salt on them - guesswhat? they had a ton of salt poured over them. Asked for an extra piece of chicken on a large 4c and I see my bill is 21.00 forone order, I ask her why is it so high? And Emya decides it's a good choice to go off on a customer rather than explaining whathad happened, communication goes a long way, But it seems McDonalds supports hiring poor management and staff who disrespectcustomers. We noticed people were leaving the line after Emya decided to go off on me and a family member who simply asked aquestion. We have went to this location each week to do our shopping. But seems as of now we will be taking our money elsewhere. Unless something is done about this location and the poor choices in hiring I don't see the ratings ever going up. Also Inoticed people wanting to order toys on the side - This location has always done that it's simply the supervisor choses not too,we have always been able to order an extra toy. Poor sad choices. Horrible customer service. Great at ignoring your indoor paying patrons. Attitude from what looked like manager on duty and... dismissed as the next in line. Simply went in to inquire about the toys and was formed not selling individually....FYI foranyone on the disney toy hunt. Read more
This was a very terrible experience!! I went to take me and my kids that are innocent to McDonald?s and I received burgers with... a wiener shaped pickle. Later my children asked me what it was shaped as and I had to explain to them what it was and it was avery awkward moment at mcdonalds Read more
