Waited over 15 minutes for 2 mcdoubles. God awful service
Waited 25 minutes in drive-thru. Was overcharged. Surly response to calling out their error. Then given the wrong order. And,... to cap it all off, the food they did provide was inedible. I'm a mcdonald's regular and this was the single worst experienceever. Read more
We went this morning and it took 30-40 mins to get our order... I wouldn't mind if it seem they were trying but you could just... see them through the window playing around or on there phone and joking around while they have a full line of cars. You guysneed to a better night crew Read more
My family and I made a late night run for something to eat. The drive thru line was long but still went fast. We were 8 people... deep and still got our meals within a reasonable amount of time. Our food was nice and hot and hit the spot! Read more
Staff was friendly and fast, if compared to other McDonald's. It's a fast food restaurant, a place where you order some junk... food and leave. Not much to wait here other than expect it doesn't taste like a cardboard box. About this McDonald'sspecifically, it was good enough for me to write a review. I never come to McDonald's since I hate fast food because of the grease. But I was living cheap and the kiddo had to get some... food. The design of the restaurant is definitely modern. Not like how it used to be back in the day. I ordered on a screen and Iguess they bring out the order to you now. There's no drink machine accessible to the public either. You can also hardly see thekitchen. I had to flag the manager down to bring us our order since we were tucked in a little corner. I got my daughter a kidschicken nugget happy meal with fries, apples, and juice,and myself an order of medium fries and a drink of Dr Pepper. She had abuzz lightyear toy. I still don't do McDonald's often, but it was a nice change of pace. Read more
Dined in for breakfast with the kids. Inside wasn't busy but the drive thru had plenty of cars. Ordered at the kiosk and it took... about 15 minutes to get the food. We ordered pancakes and they arrived without utensils and syrups. We went to the counter andthey didn't have forks.. only spoons. Asked for ketchup and they gave me a pack that were all sticky and full of syrup.Restrooms were clean and the dining area was clean as well. Read more
I don't expect 5 star service out of McDs. I also don't expect r*** jokes coming from the drive through window. Your staff needs... sensitivity training. I didnt speak to a manager, i just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I was triggered as hell and nowthat I'm home and have my food I can't even eat. I will say that the girl at the second window, who handed us our food, was sonice. You need more like her. I didn't catch her name though. My order number was 1241 Read more
