So this morning I tried to order a #7, 2 sausage breakfast burritos and a hot coffee with vanilla flavoring. I guess she... couldn't hear me well thru the speaker. She ended up giving me an iced coffee, fine I guess, and when I get to work I see a 4chicken nuggets box in my bag???? ok fine I'll eat it. I open it to see 1 lonely sausage patty and nothing else. I go backduring my lunch hour to complain only to see on the receipt they indeed only charged me for a sausage patty. A smallmiscommunication and me also not paying attention when they verified my order. But the mngr still gave me a 10 piece chickennuggets on the house for the trouble. They were very nice. Service was excellent during both trips. Will def come back, but Iwill def verify my orders in the future???? Read more
This clean location was getting people in and out with their food. The lady at the register was very helpful with the Breakfast... deals and even the manager said hello as I exited and he entered. Better than most McDonald's I've visited. Read more
I placed an online order for curbside while it was sprinkling outside, they never brought out my order. I called the store and... was told to go thru the drive thru. I was also told they don't do curbside when it's raining. I'm thinking, it rains a lot inFL. I also remember that I've ordered before while it was raining and received my order. Why offer curbside? Ms.Jada walked to the back and didn?t acknowledge the customers and the individual who didn?t greet us walked passed us with our... food and didn?t say anything . Fries stales , food missing , y?all should be ashamed all those managers and workers and nobodytook the time to help us .The employee heated the cookies with his bare hands instead of wearing blue gloves . The generalmanager needs to retrain them employees on what customer service is because that wasn?t it . We just wanted to pick up our foodand leave but instead we had the worse service EVER!
