Sloooooow service. Staff are unable to communicate with each other let alone customers. They fail to deliver food to the table... when it clearly states this will happen, instead they shout the table number at CUSTOMERS instead of the ORDER number. They wererude, obnoxious and fail at basic customer service on all levels. It's McDonald's I get it but I can point blank confirm thatservice has been a 100% better even in countries where the staff cannot speak English. Basic staff with a basic attitude. DOBETTER! This is the BEST McDonalds I have ever been. The people working there were really nice, even that was a rush at the time I got... there, some of them were very polite answerung my questions and my friend's. Update: This is the single most well-run fast-food restaurant I have ever been to. I've made 3 visits this week alone and there... is always a clean table whether it's busy or quiet, the food quality is by far the best I've ever had from a McDonalds. I evenhad a gentleman refill my water after wiping down some tables. Even the plants are nice. I visit this location often at varioustimes of the day/night/week and I can say the quality matches the effort that the staff put into it if you really watch themwork. This is an extremely busy location at times and I was really impressed with the sanitation during a high volume time.Kudos Read more
All workers in the drive thru were EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially the manger. All need hairnets, zero customer service... skills were shown. Got my order wrong, didn't apologize or show any empathy. HORRIBLE, just flat out horrible! Ordered at the Drive though, at the time I was the only car. I paid, waited told to pull up as thet were making my order. After... 5 cars came and went, I walked inside to ask for my order. I waited another 10 plus minutes. When my burger was finally made,I had to ask for Warm fries! They were still old and cold! They kept passing my order off, at tjis point the Manager, who wasrightthere should have at least offered a refund!! Food was cold, thrown together and the Wait time and Service was VeryUnacceptable!!!
