Sloooooow service. Staff are unable to communicate with each other let alone customers. They fail to deliver food to the table... when it clearly states this will happen, instead they shout the table number at CUSTOMERS instead of the ORDER number. They wererude, obnoxious and fail at basic customer service on all levels. The people working there were really nice, even that was a rush at the time I got... there, some of them were very polite answerung my questions and my friend's. Ordered at the Drive though, at the time I was the only car. I paid, waited told to pull up as thet were making my order. After... 5 cars came and went, I walked inside to ask for my order. I waited another 10 plus minutes. When my burger was finally made,I had to ask for Warm fries! They were still old and cold! They kept passing my order off, at tjis point the Manager, who wasrightthere should have at least offered a refund!!
