Not wheelchair friendly. I struggled entering and on exit. Only 3 people in restaurant Obviously fast check out Bought a coffee,... it was hot & taste good. I used to eat there for 3 meals a day but I started dieting so when I get a chance I love therecoffee. I doubt I'll ever get over their arabica dark roast. Place was clean, I didn't use the restroom. Wow is the online word that come to my mind right now. I had to wait 30 minutes to order. The only reason I did was because I... was in the middle of the line and I couldn't back up or go forward. After I order I needed to wait 15 more minutes to pay them Ineeded to wait because they didn't have my food ready. If you guys need more people you need to start hiring. I'm not mad that Ineeded to wait because in Florida's everywhere you go is the same it just the service the manager was giving. Karol was the nameI believe. I'm really disappointed with the service given not only to my husband but other customers. My husband places his orders about... 10:30 /10:33 pm for 2 box 13 Count of their cookies a spicy chicken sandwich and McChicken. I show great sympathy when it comesto customer service however this is the second time my husband orders curbside and it is now 11:31pm and still we have notrecieved our items. It took my husband to knock on the window at about 11:26pm so he could be acknowledged because prior to thatthe employees kept looking towards our car with no acknowledgment and prior to that another young women had to get out of hercar to Complain about not receiving her items. We also tried getting through the drive through but even that was impossible. Theyoung lady who my husband spoke to at the door stated they never received our order . And to the right of my husband was a uberdriver and she also stated the order wasn't processed and took photo pictures of their orders via cellphone. Read more
So I came to this location for orientation. Ordered a meal. Which was tasty. However I ordered a sweet tea and was given... unsweetened. I ask one of the lady managers who wasn't very pleasant I'd I could be given a sweet tea. She took my drink aroundthe corner. I thought I was getting g the correct drink only to be given unsweetened again. So I threw the drink away, walkedour came back in and utilized my rewards to get an ice coffee "Carmel". I ordered it with an extra shot of expresso and extraCarmel in the cup. My pic explains the iced coffee. Not impressed with this location. I know where I will be working is muchbetter. Read more
