So as I was leaving and getting in my car I noticed an employee sitting outside in front of the store smoking weed and out came... another one and started smoking with him and went right inside, as a company that shouldn?t be allowed as the employee obviouslydoesn?t care. It gives this company a bad name as there are kids coming inside and walking by with their parents. I hopemanagement gets a hold of this and does a better job with hiring people. Read more

I?m completely over this McDonald?s and the workers. The past THREE times I?ve ordered from here, my order has been completely... wrong or missing items. Tonight I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and received a MCCHICKEN?. And was still charged for thenuggets. These workers do not pay attention to what they are doing. Read more
Dined in for lunch yesterday at this location. Order took about 15 minutes to come out. Everything was cold. Fries were cold and... stale. Fish sandwich was cold. There seems to be an issues with the mobile app payments at this location, I ordered through the drive thru, and gave a code... from the app, and I automatically get a notification from my bank that the payment went through, yet when I reach the window thelady tells me there has been a problem with my payment and I have to pay again, I explained that I had already been charged, thelady at the first window, politely asks me to go to the next window, where I explained the situation again, and a swarm ofemployees began trying to figure out what went wrong. I get it's not the employees' faults, whom were all very polite, allexcept some woman named Janet, whose name was provided to me by another lady when I asked what her name was after she had anoutburst at me when I overheard her say that my card didn't have enough money and confronted her by asking her if I looked likesomeone who didn't have enough money to cover an 8 dollar transaction sitting in a $60k BMW, this obviously upset her, and she(Janet) said to me, in a very snarky/rude manner, "it's not that serious, I'm just trying to figure this out" before rolling hereyes at me, and telling me that there was nothing she could do because I ordered on the app (again I ordered at the drive thru)and then just walked away, leaving the other employees looking uncomfortable and unsure about what to do. I truly hope thatJanet is not the manager, because anyone else in that restaurant at that time would make a much better management choice. Iwill also be contacting my bank to dispute the second charge they put on my card. I hope whoever reads this has some input asto who runs the show at that store, because i must say that the other employees were very nice, surprisingly so, seeing as goodcustomer service died with the pandemic.
